How does ENROUSH heat patches therapy work?

Heat therapy relaxes muscle aches and pains as the temperature naturally increases blood flow where it is applied, allowing pain relief. ENROUSH heat patches are designed to provide heat for up to 8 hours.

Can I use the heat patch even if I am NOT menstruating?

Yes! You can use ENROUSH thermal pads to relieve premenstrual symptoms or muscle pain during ovulation, for example. But you can also use them for shoulder, cervical or lower back pain.

Can I reheat a used ENROUSH patch?

No. Once the ingredients have been activated and the heating effect has worn off, the patch cannot be reactivated or reheated. Warning! Do not try to heat the patch in the microwave, it may explode! After use, we recommend that you dispose of the patch properly.

Can I use the patch directly on my skin?

No. Direct contact with even a low heat source can cause burns and irritation. ENROUSH patches emit enough heat so you're guaranteed to feel the soothing effect even through the fabric of your underwear!

I accidentally cut or tore the ENROUSH patch. Can I still wear it?

No. If the patch is damaged or torn, throw the contents on the ground or in the bin. If the contents of the patch come into contact with skin or eyes, rinse the affected area with water and seek medical attention.

Hi all! I have always looked for healthy alternatives when we talk about cosmetics or everything that touches our skin and especially sensitive areas.
